Role Overview
The Spa Trainee assists in providing exceptional spa services, learning various treatments and supporting the daily operations of the spa.
Key Duties And Responsibilities
- Assisting in performing spa treatments and therapies under supervision
- Learning and following spa protocols and procedures
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of spa facilities
- Supporting the team in ensuring a high standard of customer service
- Assisting with inventory management and ensuring supplies are stocked
- Building knowledge of products and services to educate clients effectively
Requirements
- Interest in pursuing a career in the spa and wellness industry
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Excellent knowledge of English language. Any additional language will be considered an asset
- Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
- Pleasant personality, client oriented
